Yeeeha!

Hello. I just remembered my conversation with my friend, Nigel yesterday. We were talking about all the motions that he had debated. One of them was This house condemns the use of animals in sports and entertainment. I love it. Nigel was the opposition. One of the government's argument was involving animals in sports is barbaric. Here's his answer;

Ladies and Gentlement. Why don't we look at Texas and Spain? Annually, half the population of these two territories will go out and enjoy their sports. One of it is rodeo and the other would be bull fighting. They are using the animals, yes but in a controlled manner. Which is more barbaric? The act of using animals in a controlled way, or the act of diminishing entirely the tradition of a country and a state which started hundreds of years ago?

Woa I tell you. It's not easy to come out with that kind of idea okay. Even I can't think of that in a mere minute. Well Nigel Wong, I'm telling you this. You're a genius. Period. =)

Movement To Stage Gathering Outside Istana Negara

The Movement Opposing the Teaching of Science and Mathematics in English (GMP) has assured the police that a mammoth gathering being planned outside Istana Negara on March 7 will be non-violence.

"We have yet to obtain a police permit but we believe it will be approved as it will be a peaceful gathering," its chairman, Emeritus Prof Dr Abdullah Hassan told reporters here today.

National laureate Datuk A. Samad Said said the implementation of the policy contravened Article 152 (1) and 152 (6) of the Federal Constitution on the useof Bahasa Melayu for all.

"We are not opposing the use of English in the pursuit of knowledge but are upholding what is enshrined in the constitution on the use of Bahasa Melayu to unite the people," he said.

GMP committee member Ainon Mohd said the implementation of the policy did not justify the teaching and learning of English as a language.She said to improve the command of English among students, the government should provide every school with an English laboratory while enhancing teachers' English teaching skills.

One word. Bodoh!

Another few words. Sekarang ni, dah tak suka je, buat demonstrasi. Ha buatlah. Apa ke bodoh punya decision nak buat macam tu. Hey bodoh, kau ingat orang kesah dengan perhimpunan bodoh kau tu. Aduhai.. Tau la kau sasterawan negara.. Tapi kalau ye pun, takkan lah dangkal sangat pemikiran sampai cakap Bahasa Melayu akan lenyap.. Jangan risau lah.. Banyak lagi orang macam kau yang nak cakap BM sampai mati..

Have You Think About It?

Why do Pluto had to live in a dog house, but Goofy stays in a house?

Why do we relate frog with rains?

I'm Craving For Ikan Masak Tiga Rasa

Do you think you'll get something if you really work hard for it? Of course. Everything is there for you, if you reach it. But don't you think that sometimes, when you're trying to hard, it's just not worth it? You lost almost everything just to get or concentrate on just one thing. Most people made that mistake.

Take this story for example. You're trying to catch this one fish, most probably a rare ikan bawal. During the conquest for this one stupid fish, you forgot that you have a fridge full of ikan kembong. By the time you catch the fish, all the fish in the fridge would already be spoilt. What a waste.

What would I do? For me, if I want something, I would try and get it. But if it is not worth my time and effort, I'd let go. I let go a lot of things lately. Tak rasa pape dah. Seriously it's nothing anymore. I don't want to be as the Malay saying goes;

Yang dikejar tak dapat, yang digendong keciciran

Have fun while you're at it.

Then And Now

Good whenever you're reading this people. He3 I have so many in my mind that I wanted to say. Lets just look at the first thing. Have you noticed that we're under recession? Oh yeah, recession, despite the government's effort to hide it from the knowledge of the rakyat. So right now, all spendings are to be frozen!

10 years ago, a haircut would cost me (my parents) about RM7.00. We'll go to the hair salon (which is like a few minutes away from my house), went in and wait for my turn. The hair stylist will ask me what style would I prefer. I would say 'Biasa lah. Nak pergi sekolah.' The girl would say okay and then finished her job.

Nowadays, I'll go to a particular mall for a haircut. Upon entering the hair salon, the receptionist will greet you, asking how's your day. Then she'll be asking you what do you want to do for today. Then you'll be asked which hairstylist would you prefer. Okay lah kan. Then duduk. Some other girl would ask you what do you want to drink. Maybe a light snack. Then someone brings you a pile of magazine. Then ada orang datang, potong pun macam main2. Berbual je banyak. You go to the counter after habis. keching!! goes the cash register. RM98.00.

Sheesh. I just want a normal haircut. I mean when you really cut hairs. With visible effect. So now I prefer going to my old barber lah. Jimat. Senang pulak tu. I don't mind spending if it's worth the price. Moreover, we're under a recession. Save for rainy seasons.

14th February 2009

With this, I announce that this is a month of Sorrow! Ha3 Loads of my friends are not having a good time despite having 14th February around. Love definitely is not in the air peeps. Okay maybe for some but like I said, this is a time where people had come to their senses. Start a new chapter, or close the book itself.

Stupid Ruling Denied

I condemn the act of saying that we need to review the policy on PPSMI. Why do you want to revert back and teach Science and Mathematics in Malay? Our students have achieved more than excellent results pertaining to the PPSMI. I hate the fact that Malaysians are too lazy to even speak and understand facts that are written in English. Heavens, do not blame the policy on teaching English and Mathematics. Blame those people who does not have the initiative to teach English well at school!

I am pissed when they say that the younger Malaysian generations cannot cope with the policy. Until when do we want to pamper the kids?? Do you want to let them feel hopeless when they enter university?? Well think about it. You're messing with the country's future with your decisions mate.

The World Is Round

Someone told me, if you love something, biarkan ia pergi. Dah naik muak, sebab everytime I let go, it didn't come back. Well, it shows that Tuhan belum tunjukkan lagi right? Yes. Well, I'm nobody to demand. So, I just shut up. Lately ni banyak dengar ceramah ouh. Ha3 and one of my favourite quotation is;

Kalau apa yang awak hajatkan tak tercapai di dunia, bersabarlah.
Di akhirat sana Allah sediakan awak ganjaran, insyaAllah.

Seriously, it makes me feel that what's here, would be kinda nothing. I know a person who leaves everything she has because she believes, that duniawi is just temporary. Maybe I'll be like that. It is temporary. So why bother? I leave everything to Him.

Smile And The World Smile With You

Betul ke statement atas tuh? I've been lower before. But today was quite low for me. I feel so stupid. I wish I would be more different. Haish. Different people comes with different problems. I agree. But hey, I can wallow in my own sorrow, right? Hm.. Thanks everyone. It's my pleasure to greet all of you with a smile.

Sepi

I've been looking for this poem a few months back. And I've found it. I'd like to mintak kebenaran for me to post it in my blog, can I Syud? Hu3 Anyways, if you marah, just tell me kay. I'll delete if you do. But I really love this.

Bisikku pada bulan
Kembalikan temanku,
Kekasihku, syurgaku

Tanpa dia malam menemaniku
Sepi memelukku

Bulan jangan biar siang
Biar alam ini kelam
Biar ia sepi sepertiku

And The Curtain Fa- Oh Not Yet!!

Hello there friends. I believe that as of today, we have heard a lot about what happen to our friends back at Perak. Well, I certainly am excited because hey, it's the first time I heard of such a political calamity. And to top the juicy cake, such a small state has two governments! How can that happen people? He3 That is what happen when you are arrogant. Like I said before, there is Him, who is greater than all of us.

When it happen to us, they laugh, saying that our people doesn't believe in us anymore. Losing two constituants, we take the defeat with a smile, offers congratulations and having a hope that we will both work together as a team to help the rakyat. But when it happen to them, they explode. It's not cool losing one state, I know. But to have to be insolent to the istana, what's up dude? Do not be rude to the sultan okay. I'm sure if it is Tuanku Sultan Iskandar the sultan of Johor he's messing with, he'd be slapped silly.

Don't be arrogant. Life is like a ball. Sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down.

When Boredom Strikes

What happens when you hope for something to happen, but it didn’t? You’d get crushed. Nobody can withstand the disappointment. You can say that you do but you’re just bullshitting me, and yourself. Well, I believe that everyone had experienced that a lot, or maybe once lah. Even a queen won’t have her way all the time. But we just have to learn how to manage it. It can cause stress, and stress will bring us to more mental illness. If I don’t manage mine, I don’t think I can write this entry at all.

See, even as we speak, I’m dealing with some kind of disappointment. I mean, my friendship with someone is gone, my friends are killing me with the side-picking thingy, and the other one would just be a stupid miscalculation. Hu3

Oh ya, my lecturer today kinda not explode but she was disappointed. Our class has been very playful and to her, that’s not good. I myself agree with her because hey, who would play around and during class right. But it’s okay, I hope they’ll change. Miss Ati has mastered the knowledge of stress management, because without it, she’ll go amok like any other lecturers.

Whatever you do, don’t piss your teachers off. However nasty they are, they are still your teacher. Berkat itu penting.
